How do you build a future-proof organizational structure?

This program will change your view of organizing forever. It will give you the tools to build more effective organizational structures. More effective organizational structures are agile, facilitate cross-cutting collaboration, and strengthen ownership at every organizational level.

As a participant, you will learn the following:

How to put the five organizational design principles into practice.
To assess what works in an organizational design/structure and which elements in an organizational design lead to slow decision-making, micro-management, inefficient decision-making, fault lines in strategy realization, and unwanted attrition.
With small interventions, you can create positive breakthroughs in collaboration.
How you can mutually strengthen the growth of employees and that of the team and the company through adjustments in role and function design.
How to prevent silos from starting to form in company growth and how to turn siloisation into productive team-boundary collaboration.
A practical tool to assess the contribution theme within and the quality of relationships between assignment settings.

The program is organized alternately in Dutch and English. The next English-language course is planned for the fall of 2024.

This program has since been integrated into several internal management development programs and is organized for consultancy groups. If you are interested in this, please get in touch with Jan De Visch.
